At NWS Janitorial, thorough training is highly important to us. New hires will be trained at our in-house training facility to ensure they’re comfortable in their new position and gain experience with our equipment. Our hands-on approach allows us to clearly demonstrate our methods and observe new staff’s work ethic and abilities. We follow a customized checklist of training categories uniquely crafted to fit the requirements of each facility and ensure that all responsibilities are completed. We review and explain our Training Manual & Employee Handbook to all new hire’s prior to their first day on the job.
